We do not send newsletters or commercial emails unless you have expressly asked for them.
Messages from the forms are kept for as long as needed to answer you and, at most, for one year. Order and invoicing data are kept for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law (generally six years). Customer accounts are kept until you ask us to delete them.
We do not sell your data. We only share what is strictly necessary with the providers that help us run the shop: the hosting company of this website (Hostinger), the payment provider you choose (PayPal) and the carrier that delivers your order. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to info@phonemaspeakers.com. You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
